The preferred authentication method to our communication server is by using the Client ID and Auth token. Auth token is a temporary access token that should be obtained on your backend and used in client-side code to avoid potential exposure of your client token. To generate the auth_token, fill in the fields below and click "Generate token."
Quick call links are a way to quickly and conveniently get on the call with somebody without requiring the other party to create accounts or enter passwords. By default, they are valid for 24 hours.
Support codes are special kind of quick call links that are convenient 12 digit codes and they expire after one hour. To test support code you have created open our Support Widget Demo Page, click on the Talaria logo in lower right corner of the page and enter the code.
You can record and upload audio or video message to the server and get the access link to the message. Maximum message length is 1 minute. This is typically used to send a message to somebody when you tried calling them, and they are not online at the moment.
